This book written in very simple language is the autobiography of science activist Professor Mohana. She rose from a very ordinary uneducated peasant family to being the National Committee Member of Samatha and General Body Member of the All India Science Forum. She worked as a Zoology professor for 38 years at the Palani Andavar Men’s College and has officiated as Principal-In-Charge. She was elected twice as the President of the Tamil Nadu Science Forum. She is the Coordinator of South India’s ‘Samam’ Movement. She has been actively involved in the CITU and the Tamil Nadu Progressive Writers and Artists Association. Being an author, she has penned books on astronomy, zoology, science, history, social justice, and feminism.
